The site is hosted on Lovable Cloud (Cloudflare and Supabase infrastructure). Servers are located within the European Economic Area.

All texts, illustrations, ebooks, extracts, layouts and graphic elements published on senasublime.store are the exclusive property of Sèna Gay-Vigan. Any reproduction, distribution or adaptation, even partial, is forbidden without prior written consent.
Terms of sale
Ebooks are delivered as PDF files through a personal, secure download link. In line with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose delivery has begun with your express consent.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. No card data is stored on our servers.
Dispute resolution
Consumers may refer a dispute free of charge to an approved alternative dispute resolution body. A written complaint must first be sent to contact@senasublime.store. EU consumers can also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
