Returns & refunds
Sèna Sublime sells digital ebooks (PDF) delivered instantly by email. Because the product is digital, physical returns are not possible.
By placing your order you expressly request immediate delivery of your ebook and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose delivery has begun with your consent (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).
If your ebook does not arrive, the download link fails, or the file is corrupted, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will resend the file or issue a full refund.
If you bought a title by mistake and have not downloaded it, write to us within 48 hours. We review each request individually, in good faith.
