Terms of sale
These terms of sale govern every order placed on senasublime.store between Sèna Gay-Vigan, sole trader, publishing under the Sèna Sublime brand ("the seller") and any individual or company placing an order ("the customer").
Placing an order means you accept these terms in full.
The seller only offers ebooks delivered as PDF files. The main features of each title are described on its sales page.
Prices are shown in euros, excluding tax. Any applicable VAT, GST or local sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout, based on your billing country, and added to the total.
Prices can be changed at any time. Each order is invoiced at the price shown when the order is confirmed.
The customer picks the ebook, provides a delivery email address and confirms the order through the secure checkout. An order is only accepted once payment has been confirmed.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. No card details are stored on the seller's servers. Accepted payment methods are those offered by Stripe at checkout.
Once the payment is confirmed, a personal secure download link is sent automatically to the email address provided. Delivery is deemed complete when that email is sent. It is the customer's responsibility to check the inbox as well as the spam folder.
Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium once delivery has begun with the customer's prior express consent and acknowledgement of losing that right.
By confirming the order, the customer expressly asks for immediate access to the ebook and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost as soon as the download link is sent.
If anything goes wrong (missing email, broken link, corrupted file), the customer can write to contact@senasublime.store quoting the order number. We reply within three working days.
Where a technical problem is confirmed, the seller resends the file or refunds the order in full.
The seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the ebooks, from a fault in the customer's equipment, or from any interruption of third-party services (internet provider, payment processor, email service).
All texts, illustrations, layouts and graphic elements of the ebooks remain the exclusive property of Sèna Gay-Vigan. Buying an ebook grants a strictly personal right of use. Any reproduction, distribution, resale, public lending or adaptation, even partial, is forbidden without prior written consent.
These terms of sale are governed by French law. If no amicable settlement is reached, any dispute will be brought before the competent courts under the usual rules.
Consumers may refer a dispute free of charge to an approved alternative dispute resolution body. A written complaint must first be sent to contact@senasublime.store.
