Straightforward information about what Sèna Sublime does with the data you share when you browse the site, place an order or write to us.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Sèna Sublime — a trading name of Sèna Gay-Vigan, sole trader (entrepreneuse individuelle).
Based in France.

2. What we collect

We only collect what is needed to run the site and deliver your ebooks:

  • Your email address, for the purchase, PDF delivery and newsletter.
  • Your first and last name if you provide them in the contact form or at checkout.
  • The billing country passed to us by the payment processor, so we can charge the correct VAT.
  • Order number and order details.
  • Basic technical logs (truncated IP address, timestamp).

3. Why we hold it

Each piece of data has a specific purpose:

  • Processing your order and delivering the PDF ebook.
  • Issuing invoices and meeting our accounting and tax obligations.
  • Answering the messages you send to the contact address.
  • Sending the newsletter to people who signed up.
  • Keeping the site secure and preventing fraud.

4. Legal basis (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)

The legal grounds we rely on:

  • Performance of contract (art. 6(1)(b)): order processing and delivery.
  • Legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)): retention of invoices.
  • Consent (art. 6(1)(a)): newsletter sign-up and non-essential cookies.
  • Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)): site security, fraud prevention, responding to your messages.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your data. It may be passed to the following processors, strictly for the purposes above:

  • Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) — payment processing.
  • Lovable Cloud (running on Cloudflare Workers) — website hosting and server-function execution.
  • Supabase Inc. (United States, with data stored in the European Union) — database and authentication, provided through Lovable Cloud.
  • Resend, Inc. (United States) — transactional email delivery (PDF, receipts, newsletter).

6. How long we keep it

Our retention periods:

  • Invoices and orders: 10 years from the end of the accounting year.
  • Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe.
  • Contact-form messages: 3 years after our last exchange.
  • Technical logs: 12 months.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, and receive a copy of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, write to contact@senasublime.store. We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

8. Cookies

The site uses only the cookies strictly needed to run it, together with — subject to your consent — audience-measurement and personalisation cookies. No non-essential cookie is set before you choose.
